Saskia Hedrich is a Senior Expert in McKinsey & Company‘s Munich Office. She is a leader in the global Apparel, Fashion & Luxury Groups.

Saskia is working with apparel clients globally on strategic topics, sourcing optimization, sustainability and transformations of the end-to-end product development process. Additionally, she supports countries in Africa, Asia, and Latin America to develop strategies for their national garment industries.

Saskia co-leads and authors McKinsey’s Apparel CPO Survey report and the annual State of Fashion report on industry shaping trends, which McKinsey publishes in collaboration with Business of Fashion.
